A charity based at the Lighthouse Centre, with doors open for people of all backgrounds.
We aim to bring people together, offering practical help and support.

 

 

 

 

 

Social Clubs

Social clubs run at Lighthouse on Monday and Friday throughout the year. Each social club offers a two course cooked meal and opportunity to socialise for just £5 per person.
Social Club is aimed at people aged 60 and over.
Monday 11am – 2pm, includes Bingo
Friday 11am – 2pm, includes a quiz.
 

 

Youth Groups

Friday Night Youth 'The Hangout’ is for school years 7-13
19:30-21:00 at The Garage, Chapel Street.
Lots of activities and tuck shop. Term time only.

Session cost: £1 per child per session.


Friday Night Youth 'The Junior Hangout’ is for school years 3-6
16:30-18:00 at The Garage, Chapel Street.
Lots of games and craft with snack bar. Term time only.

Session cost: £2 per child per session.


Youth Bike project is for school years 9-13
15:30 - 17:00 every Wednesday. Term time only.
Motorbike restoration plus essential maintenance and repairs.

 

 

The Pantry

LuvEly receives surplus food from local supermarkets which we make available for all in the community to collect. Keep up to date with what’s available by following our facebook page. Helping you to fill your fridge for free and reduce food waste.

 

LuvEly Associated Projects

LuvEly is associated with various projects which are run by Lighthouse.

 

 

 

 

 

Baby/Toddler Groups

Little Ones is a safe space for new parents to relax and meet other new parents/guardians. Every Monday from 10.00am-12.00am during term time. £2 per parent. The Lighthouse Centre - Garage Block.

Throughout term-time, there is a Parent and Toddler Group for babies and pre-schoolers and their grown-ups. Lots of fun with sensory play, craft,
ride-on toys and a storytime.
Every Wednesday from 9.30am-11.30am.
£1.50 per parent and £1.50 per child. The Lighthouse Centre.


 

Community Hub

Every Tuesday, 11am-1pm, the Community Hub operates a drop-in service in partnership with organisations from the area. Help is available for mental health, addictions, debt, housing and more. In partnership with the local housing department, Rosmini Centre, CGL, P3, CAP and more.
 

 

Prospects Unwrapped

We are excited to be working alongside the Prospects Trust with their new farm shop - Now Open!
Prospects Unwrapped are showcasing organic, eco and locally sourced produce, served by people with additional needs.
